Unhappy Why won't ecm go into pe mode?

Can someone look at my bin file please? Im scanning via ls1m and at stock pe tps the ecm still is in closed loop. If I holds the throttle at 100% for a over a few seconds the car hesitates then goes into limp/open loop and I get the cel light fire 0131/0151. Cleared it and rerun and still same scenario. I can lay the throttle steady at 75% and it will remain in closed loop. Need some help please I'm clueless

Here's what I did so far:
Swapped both pre-cat O2s
Changed maf sensor

Haven't checked fuel pressure yet but again what's odd is the ecm doesn't go into pe mode as what's commanded in the ecm. Why?

do you also have an HP Tuners scan log of this happening by chance?

I dont see anything obvious in the tune itself...but maybe there is more to it..
something showing rpm, MAP, MAF HZ, Ignition timing, knock retard, fuel trims, injector duty cycle, Injector pulse width, Dynamic Cylinder air, TPS, Commanded AFR, a wideband if you have one, and whatever else you feel is pertinent to the file

as a guess I can only think that maybe you are Just really lean or maybe really rich at part throttle and its just stumbling, or maybe you are getting some knock as I see that you have increased the timing down low...maybe its just too far?..

what RPM is this happening at?
what rpm are you holding it at 75% throttle when its not going into PE..and what are you looking at to tell that it is not in PE/open loop

tuning via hp tuners. Currently scanning using ls1m as its compact than a laptop. the ls1m can fit up to 10 paramets at a time. To see the switch between open and closed loop it has that as a parameter. I can try to lid a scan using hp tuners but I never was able to find a way to log a scan....something I'm doing wrong

yeah... its as simple as hitting the little play button in the upper middle right of the top bar in the scanner....
then when you stop the scanning, you can save it to a file with an icon just to the left of that...

really need to be looking at it in HPT...
no idea what that LS1m is....but I have a feeling its feeding you some bogus data...

one thing i noticed was when i stayed in at 100% throttle and felt the very slight hesitation where it went from closed to open loop/DTC came on for 0131/0151 that my commanded AFR went from 12.4 to 11.77 for some reasona dn of course both my LTFT/STFT zeroed out and my O2s were double digits and never triple. oh and i dont get KR when its in this limp mode/open loop
