I went to martial arts last night, and all of a sudden this guy walks in and supposively his son is in the class with me.all of a sudden he is talking to the kid while he is in the middle of class, "son, I am going to buy you that red trans am out there" which is a buddy's 99 v6. I kind of got annoyed, but I stayed quite. Later on he starts bragging about the trans am's he owns and how he is a wiz at cars. Level of aggravation got higher. Eventually he said his car will beat everyone's. Now I'm pissed. I should of drop kicked the **** out of him, but I am not like that. So I ask him: "what do you have done to your t/a"
Douche: it's got a bad *** blower in it" then he looks at his wife and winks at her.

Me: what kind

Douche: procharger a1

Me: intercooled? High output? How many pounds of boost?

Douche: ( he starts stuttering) it has two intercoolers, high out put, and 15lb's of boost.

Meb.s.) really? That's pretty bad ***. Stock bottom end?

Douche: yes then he changes his mind and says no.

Me: did you Dyno it? How much power did it make?

Douche: 600+

Mea stock ls1 can't hold that) what else do you have done to it?

Douche: just got some injectors and a clutch.

Me: what kind.

Douche: I forgot.

Me: what do you do for a living?

Douche: autozone.

Me: (working at autozone, you should know many brands of parts, nevertheless the parts that you f*king use!!) nicee. We should line our cars up some time

Douche: what do you have? My car will walk all over you

Me: 04 z06 with a hall tech intake, ported throttle body, long tube's, off road x-pipes, etc.

Douche: ( starts stuttering like a mf'er). Ye-yeah maybe we should. Honey (his wife) we need to leave.

Vetteboy did u ever see under the hood ? Although the guy might be a douche , he still could have a had a blower , plenty of dumb ppl buy built cars or take them to shops and never involve themselves in the build

Although I think it's funny the guy doesn't know whats in his own car, but at the same time shops cater to guys and build turnkey supercharged setups for guys. I am actually kinda surprised when i run into people at a cruise night that have a procharger and don't know much about their setup.

Iirc...GM installed either a 2.8 or 4.3 v6 in the 90s S10 blazers..fullsize had 5.0 or 5.7....none of which were "rice burning". But i could be wrong
