U 1000 "Class 2 Data Link" - What is this???

U 1000 "Class 2 Data Link" - What is this??? Also seeing a CO550 PCM performance code.
Stock PCM was replaced with a new one; my old EFILive tune was copied from the stock PCM and flashed into the new PCM with HPT by the Tuner at the shop where my car was repaired.
EFILive already issued me a License for the new PCM in light of the fact that my stock PCM took a crap after 11 years.
Am I going to have problems with this PCM? Should I tell the shop to give me another PCM and just flash it with my stuff from the start?
Please, any info would be GREATLY appreciated and beneficial.
I'd like to ratify this problem before I potentially waste the License EFILive was so kind to give me.

ABS INOP, BRAKE, and ASR OFF lights BUT I have the Service Vehicle light as well.
I researched and found it could be the EBCM. Would this still be the culprit if I have a Service Vehicle light in addition to the other 3?
Could it potentially be a bad harness at this point?
