How Much HP/TQ Can The Stock Bottom End Of An LQ9 Handle?
Does Anyone Know How Much Power The Stock Bottom End Of An LQ9 Handle? (Pistons, Rings, Bearings, Crankshaft Etc.)
And Can You Please Specify If That Is Power To The Crank Or Power To The Wheels, Thanks!

Well sure ,,,,,,,,,I've seen You-Tube vids of Silvers with 5.3L boosting 24lbs. dyno-ing 2000hp but how many times can You do that ,,,,,,,not too many ,,,,,,,gets a little spendy after a while oh but to answer the op's question ,,,,,,depends on how many rpm's it will see regularly ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if kept under 6500 ,,,,probably 800-900rwhp safely ,,,,,,,,,,,if pushed to 7200 or more fairly regularly then I would only go 650rwhp .

Their are to many factors to give a number but say anywhere from 400rwhp with a bad tunner to 1200rwhp ish with a good tuner in a light car. Not every stock block is as good as the next one might run at 850rwhp for years the next may die at 500rwhp, it just life.
