Well took the car to tarck yesterday. Ran best of what slip says 10.5. Long story but tracjk said 60 fts when down in right lane but everything else on slip was correct. I didn't buy it. Tried back it up but buy tim egot back up track prep was garbage. I ran 11.3@128 two times also. We had 3 vettes and a 5th gen SS that makes 660whp. Friends C5 makes 650whp and is h/c/SC with procharger and on street tires he ran 11.6@139(he has ran 10.6@138 before on shitty DR's. Other buddies C5Z With built stroker ran best of 11.9@138 had some traction issues and a tranny issdue. Other vette didn't run. Took C5 driver to drive camaro to best of 12.3@119 and a 12.6@128.1. SL65 ran constant 11.3-11.6@127-129. Ran him twice aqnd bveat him both times. Other C6 GS with cam with 100 shot didn't run track.

On way home we went three wide. SS/me/C5 SC vette. From 50 me and camaro was even to about 125. Then he started to gain a hair on me. I was on his rear bumper. He has 3.73 gears to my 3.15's. Th eC5 Vette walked away from us both fast. Guy with SS said with same gears he think I would pass him. That he couldn't believe how strong my car runs for such little mods.

Next I ran the C6GS 3 times. All three times I walked passed him pretty fast. From 60 we hit same time. By 130 I had about 4 cars on him. From 70 by 140 had about 3 cars on him. He mention his bottle pressure started getting low. So on third run we hit it and he fell back really fast.

Also seen Lethal's ZR1 that makes 720whp run a 10.1@144..Buddies C5Z was neck and neck till he missed 2rd. Lethal Built all the vettes with me.

Oh and a guy with a new GTR ran a 14 last night he later ran best of 11.6..haha and a guy with a 5.0 bolt ons and 100 shot ran 12.2@123.


Buddies 5.0 ran 11.8@120 with nothing but some weight reduction(200lbs Tires/rims/passanger seat pulled/radiator suppoort swapped and no front sway bar) tune and tire. Its an auto. I got video some where.

Z06 with tune/intake/Dr's ran 10.9 and got booted on his first pass. Which funny they warned me all night but left me alone.

That sucks man... A near stock c6 z06 can't even run 1/4mile because NHRA and there old time rules.... these lame rules.. break 11.5 and need a roll bar... Really? Can't even bolt on a c6 base and run it at the track without a roll cage or put Dr's on a bone stock c6z with driver mod of course Good running "stock" mustang though.. My car has a stock part on it as well

Thanks. YA rules need be adjusted for newer cars.
My car is still pretty much stock..Stock tranny/suspension/full wieght/stock bottom end..

Nice pulls how's it compare to your old G8 on the street? I'd like to make a run up to San Antonio before it gets up in the 100's again soon. I just changed out the Opti water pump wires coil and went to a cooler plug on my heap so I can step up to a 150 shot. My buddy got his 03 terminator ported so I'll need an extra 50 hp to keep on his bumper.

Pretty good mph for stock converter....So the c5z did 138 on motor?

Yes on motor. He has a 427. I will double check on his MPH as I might been off.

What kinda times were the termi's putting down? I went for a ride in my buddies 03 and it pulls hard. I'd say traction will be his problem. He was spinning the tires hard at 60 in second gear from the hit and completely sideways at 75 once catching 3rd. The car scared the **** out of me. He's claimin 460 to the ground.
