Default Took the wagon to the dyno last night

Jim, Josh, and I went to the Dyno last night with the wagon.

Jim(Parish) was bored, and I have been wanting to get it on the Dynojet.

I called Danat Dynosport, and he let us bring it down at 7:00 last night.

We drove the wagon to Dynosport in Lincoln.

First pull was spring pressure(as low as it will go), and how I drive it on the street. That was 608 hp at about 11 to 12 lbs boost.

Probably made about 12 to 14 pulls, all over 600 hp.

I still have alot of tuning to do, primarily above 13 lbs boost.

But I stopped at 18 lbs, and it made 800.8 hp. :lost:

This is a stock(Z06 cammed) 5.3, and twin 61 MasterPower turbos in the 67 NovaWagon.

Stock rod bolts, stock ring gap, stock tty head bolts.

Not too bad...100 miles round trip,5 gallons gas,2 gallons pump E85 and 800 hp.

Thanks again to Dynosport in Lincoln,Ne.

Thats a funky looking boost curve for a TT setup.... Its never fully lit unless you have a controller on it.

Stock untouched heads, with patriot gold extremes.
Not worried about the ring gap, I probably won't push it any harder.

This is a funky curve for any turbo car, about like a Procharger curve.
We had a cheap manual boost controller on it for the dyno, because I haven't finished the setup for the Megasquirt to control the boost, like the other cars have had.

It has the newer rods in it, it is a 2005 engine.

The turbos are a p-trim .81 housing, s cover, ported 61 mm MasterPower from Modular Turbo. Bought acouple years ago.

Who makes the bov's? IIRC there are now flanges that hold them in place, just set screws?

Here is one of the old build threads, there may be two threads out there, but it should be the same stuff in both.

Did you change motors, the thread linked said it was 6.0?

Nice craftsmanship.
