Default GEN III Heads?

I got some flow numbers from Scott at GEN III and they look pretty good.

here are his stage III #'

Lift Intake Exhaust
100 64 60
200 127 112
300 187 159
400 240 186
450 262 196
500 281 200
550 296 207
600 307 209
650 309 210
700 310 210

all these numbers were off a 4.03 bore and no pipe and 2.05int
1.60ext these were stageIII LS1 heads. I thought that these numbers
looked pretty good and scott is a great guy to talk to. he really
seems to know his stuff.

My question to you guys is has anyone run some of his heads and if so what kind of gains did you see. I plan on running the T-Rex cam and spraying a Direct Port 250-300shot on this motor would this be a good match? just looking for some opinions on GenIII's heads. His price is really great and includes top of the line hardware. could you please give me some opinions on these heads?
