Hello,
Long, long, long time lurker (search really works!), so I don't post much. But I felt the need to give props to the UMI folks for taking care of me.
I placed an order with them earlier today and I screwed up with my payment for the panhard bar. So, I called their customer service and spoke to Stacy (sp?) and another nice lady (sorry I forgot your name!) who help me resolve the issue AND was able to get it shipped out with the tracking number so I could take advantage of the overnight shipping I wanted.
Thanks UMI for bearing with me (it was my dumba$$ fault) and providing an awesome experience.
