Cowl Hood Poll *pics added* Im trying yo decide on a cowl hood, ive been calling and emailing companies all week..before i spend the money I wanna make sure im buying the right one. This is what ive come up with.
Trufiber 4" Cowl $500 free shipping -ws6store
Glasstek 4" Cowl $450 + $80 shipping - ws6store
VFN Sunoco $595 + $140 shipping!!!!!!
VFN 4" Cowl $450 + $140 shipping
as much as I want a VFN hood the shipping is just too much especially on the sunoco price tag. I called ws6store, they said they sell more trufiber and get awesome reviews for paint prep and fitment..and freeeeee shipping.
Just wanna hear peoples oppinions or knowlede on these hoods.

Having considered all of these options, if I was going to go with cowl it would be the sunoco because I don't think the hard edges of the other cowl hoods mesh well with the rounded edges of the ls1 camaro. If I wasn't getting the sunoco I would get the trufiber because it seems like a good deal.
I was very torn between the cowl hoods but have decided to go with the SS hood now.

I have a truefiber ram air hood (I know, not a cowl but...) and as far as quality goes I couldn't have been happier with it. A cowl is a different story though, the lines and looks would have a lot to do with my choice.
