I am thinking of getting the tsunami cam and prc 2.5 ls6 heads. Does anyone have this setup? Hoping to meet up with someone so I can hear it and ask how it drives.

This is just my .2 but if your gonna spend money like that then why not do it once and do it right. Frankly PRC heads are not really worth it. Of your gonna want to get heads get TFS 220's or a good set of 225's if you can wing it. Then a cam like a g5x? Cam or a vengeance cam. You want a nice proven setup. I made 456 with a little vrx5 cam on Straightline's dyno and would spank my neighbors pulleyed ported blower cobra on the rolls. Never took it to the track because I still had a 10bolt. Just saying that's all.

Yeah...I only have overlays on atm...but new rims and lowering it. So don't know if its the car your thinking of. It's never as clean as id like either

No sir it's only 300.00 difference for the 220 as cast tfs's and we all know tfs are the better choice! Or u can get a good deal for a set of used ones. Or up to an 800.00 difference between a PRC stage 2.5 ls6 or a set of 215 or 225 fully cncd tfs's. PRC stage 2.5's are 1550.00? Iirc

As far as afr's just ask chris1313 the TFS 215 or 225 will make more hp with the right cam. Check the dyno section. If there is anything your going to cheap out its NOT going to be the heads. They are the ones that make the power period.

Sorry about the bad info on the heads, i thought Chris still had them but there gone. I would buy the TFS as cast heads for around 1700.

I'm in no way dogging TFS heads either, I had a set of 215's on an 11:1 346 cid and it went 10.9@123 on a 1.5 and later went 10.7@125 with a better converter NA. Good stuff.

I would offer up the help just to see that thing make it back on the street but it might be the forever garage queen. When I blew the head off my junk, Zeke hooked me up with his old pair and the roller rockers.
