Nice work Ryne. It's refreshing to see other shops out there that actually have a team of mechanics, rather than a shop full of LSX parts hangers who are terrified to work on anything else.

I can't wait to get my paws on a new 5.0.

once you get the hang of the the ecu, it awesome, closed loop WOT wide band control is great!! its really hard to screw up the WOT AF, it trims at wot just like cruise on any other car.... i will tell you the l&m 66mm tb was a pain in the ass to get idling right.... the DBW on the fords is way more sensitive then the GM's....

I'm leaning towards a roush or magnacharger on my 2012 5.0. They are badass cars.

Those cars are retarded when you shove air down their necks.

I saw one on Yellowbullet running 9.70's looks like a stock car.

those are some nice numbers. im curious how it compares to a zr1 at the same boost (same blower right?) and what it made stock on that dyno?

Stock ZR1's go around 530 to the wheels

i know that, i meant to say on his dyno when at the same boost levels.

He wanted to know how the dyno reads. I was tuned on that dyno and have track times to help correlate. Also that was at 1200 da with 1.8 60

Nice! How strong are the stock shortblocks on these motors? That thing was still going strong to almost 7000rpm.

I get the feeling the bottom ends are similar to most LSX's: cast cranks, PM rods, & cast or hypereutectic pistons instead of the Cobras & Shelby's being all forged.
