Paint & Body Work - Does the front light housing come with a new bumper?

I'm going to be ordering a new bumper soon (getting ready for paint) but from what the pictures show I don't believe the front light housing doesn't come attached to the front bumper.. What is that piece called and where can I find a brand new 1..

And the car is a 1994 camaro
