Default lc9 5.3: dod/afm delete and cam choice

im building a lc9 5.3 for my land cruiser, off road no emmisions. i am deleteing the afm/dod. ive got ls7 lifters and associated ls2 parts, just wondering if i need to use a different oil pump and if the afm oil sprayer needs to be plugged? and this being a gen iv engine(right?) can i use a gen III camshaft? because the cam sensor is in a different location right? i was thinking of finding a cheap ls6 camshaft

You can keep the sprocket and get a one bolt cam
