Question cam bearing clearance??

does anyone know what's the proper cam bearing clearance for a street/strip usage?

.002-.003" should be fine.

I've never heard of adjusting cam bearing clearance ,,,,,,how is that done ? Thanx

I had my cam journals turned down. 1 and 5 were ok, 2-3 were really tight.

ok .002 - .003 seems to be great for me, i've seen some journals kinda tight and then they turn down... that's why i opned up this thread, thaks guys
