Sorry, no flow data available. The dyno results that we quote are based on what customers report from third party dyno runs. So, we have no way of influencing them in our favor.

The best option that we sell is the ported FAST102 intake manifold system. It generally gains about 28 rwhp over the stock LS1 system. Total cost is about $1750 for the LS1 which includes FAST102 manifold, Fuel Rail Kit, ported LS2 90mm throttle body and throttle body wiring adapter. We also sell a Nick Williams 102mm throttle body as an option with this setup.

The next best option is the FAST102 setup, above, unported. This generally gains about 20 rwhp over the stock LS1 system and the total cost is about $1500.

The next best option that we sell is a ported LS2 intake system with fuel rail, injectors, a ported 90mm LS2 throttle body and throttle body wiring adapter.
While the unported LS2 manifold is a step down from the LS6, the ported LS2 manifold is a step up from the LS6. Especially considering that you can upgrade from your 78mm throttle body to the 90mm LS2 throttle body. We occassionally are able to put this full setup together and sell them for $1,000. We currently have one on hand that has 30k on the injectors. This setup generally gains about 15 rwhp over the stock LS1 system.

Swapping the LS1 manifold with an LS6 manifold generally gets about a 10 rwhp gain over the LS1 manifold. We don't sell them and there is very little gain from having them ported. You can generally find them for around $400.

If you ship your intake manifold to us, prices are as follows:
Basic porting is $250. If you want it radical ported, it is $370.
NOTE: Just $75 additional to port your throttle body at the same time.

If you want us to ship one from our stock, add $250 to those costs for the intake manifold core charge and $300 for the throttle body core charge. On the injectors, pricing is as follows:
FAST 46# injectors (8) for LS2 = $395
we only offer 42# on LS1/LS6 vehicles

Yes, if you switch to the LS2 intake manifold, the parts you list are correct. You should definitely have the intake manifold ported. The LS2 manifold isn't a good choice unported, but is a great choice when ported. You may be able to use your LS1 injectors if you create spacers to lift the fuel rails. However, the LS2 injectors are a better choice. Adapters that allow you to use your LS1 wiring harness for the LS2 injectors run about $60 for a set of 8. Make sure you get the fuel injector clips when you get the fuel injectors and fuel rail.

Yes, you can use an aftermarket LS2 90mm throttle body. You will need the wiring adapter for the LS2 throttle body.

We really haven't seen any significant increase in horsepower by porting the LS1 manifold. The FAST intake is a good option for you. We can also port the FAST intake (whether you buy it through us or somewhere else). Porting the FAST intake generally gets an additional 8-10 rwhp over the unported FAST on the LS1's.

Sorry, can't take your LS3 TB in trade. The cost to port your LS3 throttle body is $125. That may be your best option if your car is a daily driver. It definitely helps throttle response. However, if you take your car to the track, the NW102 is a great addition. That runs $595. Both options can be ordered on our online store at http://peakspeedshop.com/Zen_Cart/

Just received this feedback today from a recent customer.....


"Bob from Peak Speed Shop was great... he ported my FAST intake and ported my throttle body and I picked up power throughout the RPM range.... over 25 hp, and 15 ft-lbs of torque before and after on same dyno (after retune).
