What is it Worth? - 97 1500 worth it?

Thinking of buying this truck. 1997 z71 4x4. 140k on it. Lots of new parts. Tranny, balljoints, tie rods, radiator, clutch fan, steering box, new borla exhaust. 20inch aftermarket wheels with new rubber. Bed liner and cover. Truck is clean body doesnt have a scratch or ding. Underneath is rust free. Guy was askin 6500 i can get it for 5000 good deal or no?

Very good price for $5k. Chevy trucks hold their value very well. If I found one that was like that when I had my search I would have probably bought it. Granted, I wanted a MT, still.
