Hey all,
I have two GTO spare rims with 26 x 4.5 x 17 M&H front runners. Tires have decent tread left... plus I have a pair of BRAND NEW 26 x 4.5 x 17 M&H front runners that I bought from Jegs.
These are an awesome budget drag setup for a car with big brakes. A single GTO spare/M&H front runner combo weighs ~24 pounds. I bought an aftermarket race star 17" rim and it was actually HEAVIER than the GTO spare so I sent it back. I picked up 1-1.5 mph in the 1/4 mile with this setup over the stock 17x9 rims with 275/40/17 tires.
These tires can be used safely with BIAS-PLY or RADIAL tires. As opposed to radial front skinnies, which can ONLY BE used safely with radial rear tires.
So buy these and run them safely with drag radials or ET streets!
Asking $500 OR BEST OFFER for the entire setup, including the BRAND NEW M&H front runners which are $340 for the pair, PLUS shipping, from Jegs. If you want the wheel spacer/adapters, it will be an extra $40.
That means you're paying only $160 for two GTO spares and used M&H front runners.

Ya I'll buy them all too lol. Cheapest I ever Found was 87$ each from the dealer. Sold them and made money. They are hard to find.
I have a couple firebird formula wheels(5spoke) that match up Very good with gto spares I'd sell. Paint em Black and you're good to go.
