Default new injectors on stock tune?

hey guys i got some 42 lb injectors for my intake and i was wondering if this is okay with a stock tune? the reason i am asking is because i know that the stock is 22 or 24 lbs and i thought i read something stating that this is not good for the injectors and will ruin em, basically get a tune before driving with them. is this true? i do not plan on running my motor long with the stock tune, as soon as i bring it out for spring i am going to get it dynoed so the car may only drive like 30 miles with a stock tune on new injectors

You must install the injectors at the same time the reflash is done. Do not go from stock injectors to 42 lbers without tuning for them.

Don't worry that the new injs will be "ruined". The engine is what will take the hit....

Would you want to drink from a cup that is forcing twice the pop down your throat you really want?

You may want to step back and confirm you know what is going on under your hood before you go swapping things like injectors and intakes. The question you asked is so foolish it says to me you don't understand much of what is going on.

You are asking if you can nearly double the amount of fuel going into your engine and it run correctly. The answer is not a chance. If you get it to start you will clog your cats, wash you cylinders, and cause plenty of other issues.
