Can't get drivers side Hooker LT in Hey guys, I got my passenger side header in without issue, didnt even have to drop the starter. The drivers side just does not want to go in though. Ideas?

The diverter and linkage and it will 'fall' right in. 
Two 10mm bolts for the diverter and two 11mm bolts for the linkage. DON'T forget to put the diverter back in - or upside down!
Ditto on the steering linkage - lol.
