Default Who rides Quads or Dirt Bikes in DFW/Texas?

Just checking to see in here who rides. We ride up at Red River Motorcycle Trails a lot but i'm looking for other areas with good trails.

Pretty good community for DFW area... http://www.dfwdirtriders.com

I'd give my left nut for one of those.

Someone just posted a TRX450ER on the forum for sale. Looks clean!

i just sold my raptor this past weekend but i hope to get another quad eventually. we rode alot at river run in jacksonville. they market the place as a muddin park but there are some real great trails, cross country runs, and dirt roads out there. idk the places mentioned above so it may not be much better but atvccs used to stop twice each season to hold cross country races there.

looks like some of the guys are planning a trip there on spring break. Their website would lead you to believe its all mud. I was going to pass, but by what you say - i might check it out.

I'm so out of shape right now I'd only last 30 mins, unless of course I'm in front and you some how find a way to keep going and win.

I rode out there a lot this summer and its a blast but we have had a good amount of rain the past few weeks so some trails may be wet. The biggest problem out there for quads is not the mud cause pretty much every mud section has a trail that goes around the mud. I think the biggest problem is high centering the rear axle. I had 20" tires on the back and would high center if I stayed in the groves cut out by the mud tires. The best part is since its a 'mud park' you pretty much have all the trails to yourself.
