Who all does decent mail order tunes

Who all does decent mail order tunes I messaged frost about a month back asking about getting a mail order tune for my car. It is going to have lpp headers, 4:10's, TR 230/224 cam, so on and so forth. Unfortunately, he never got back to me which gives me the impression he is not up to the task, so who else would be a good option for a mail order cam tune.
I honestly know I will be hard pressed for time getting the car all together for OCMD in may and want to make sure I have the car tuned halfway decent(as much as a mail order tune can) in time for the weekend in case I cant make it to a tuner before then.

mild upgrades ...do i need a tune??? or waste of time...help me out its bout that time and i wsa wondering if my mods will run on a stock computer.its a 5.3,ls6 243 milled 40,xxx, ls6 cam and lifters, stock ls1 intake,throttle body and injectors with a th350 trans....lmk what u guys think im just getting my feet wet with ls engines and learing as i go...

I keep trying to get ahold of frost to for a update. I dont really want to go to another tuner for just a update. But I might have to. My first race is march 10th.

I've also had alot of trouble getting ahold of Frost. I have contacted him numerous times now via email and tried through the phone quite a few times and have had no success. I've only heard good things about his tuning so I wanted to go with him for sure but i'm getting to the point where I need a tune soon.
