1999 Trans Am VS 2012 Roush stage 2 In car, me vs my buddy in the Roush. Gave him 2 and the kick. 1000' race. Mustang is stock, my mods in sig.

1,000 FEET is only 320 short of 1/4 mile. a stage 2 roush is a stock mustang that is now over priced due to the decal package.
so it's the same as usual........find a stock car, beat it with your modified car, and then brag about it. i do give ya major credit though for spotting him that much.
don't take anything i say personally. it's just the way i am. i'm a cynical almost old bastard. i just tend to say(or type) what i think when i think it. also, anything i type here, i would not hesitate to say to people in the same room as myself.

Isn't the stage 2 a suspension package? With the option for better tires also?

the suspension is just roush shocks and struts and sway bars.
it's amazing to me that someone would spend that much extra money just to say they've got a roush.......when it won't perform any better than a gt.
the stage 3's are pretty nasty, but i think over priced still. for the price they're getting for them, i'd be right back at a boss302ls or a gt500, and probably run circles around the roush.
and yea.....in my mind, i did have to explain......i'm still a noob here, and you guys don't know me that well......

good kill Good kill OP....don't pay attention to the haters. Run what you brung, thats the rule. Besides that the TA isnt heavily modded, Full exhaust and a stall re the biggest mods, I doubt that fast is adding tons of power on a non h/c a4. A4s dont get the credit deserved for whooping a lil @ss. This is the same 5.0 that everyone is blowing their load over right??? Good kill man, keep smashing'em. Add some gears and throw those heads/cam in .....then they can complain about mods. and you gotta get that ride tuned asap!!
