Default Gears affect on tuning

I am looking to replace my 3.42's with 4.10's. I have a heads and cam car with a MS4 cam. I'm looking for lower end power to get rid of the bucking around 1300 RPM's. My question is what will this gear swap do to my tune? Will I be able to simply go in and change the gear size on HPtuners or will it need an entirely new tune?

Nothing but throw the speedo off (10-20mph off) in which you can fix/tune for the new gears.
