Default Pic request (white camaro, black wheels w/ white lip)

Hey everyone, I've got a 00 arctic white z/28. It's got a gloss black berger, export tails, 4% tint all around, black whistler'd lights, stock grille removed, painted the white area black, and put on a billet grille. I Have a sunoco hood on order, already have the 4th circle designs stripes (black) to go on.

Right now, it's got the white 5 spoke wheels from my 30th on it. I have a set of 10 spoke ss wheels (painted silver) that I plan to throw on, but was undecided on whether to keep them silver, paint/powdercoat them black, try to polish, etc.

I've decided to powdercoat them black and do a white lip, but was just curious if anyone has any pics of a white fbody with wheels like that on it. Here's how it looks now.

This isn't my car, but I saw this in the photo gallery. Seems to fit what you're looking for.

As for my car, no white lip, but it does have black rims

white lip is very tacky imo. Not exactly the same car but there is a white g35c with black wheels and a white lip. Looks awful. I vote black.

Imo black wheels with white lip are for cars on 26's and that are raised enough to go mudding

Gotta be a deep lip and the rest of the car has to support the contrast of black/white. I'd drop your car an inch too before I go doing that.

^ Love it on the Benz.....

v Hate it on this Camaro. But that might just be because the wheel itself is eh

A white pinstripe would look subtle but really well. A deep dish wheel with the whole dish white looks bad imo

Agreed. I'm kinda shocked too, really wasn't sure if I'd like it on a Camaro! The deep dish wheels really set it off.

Yeah I thought it would look a lot like that 5th gen, but it definitely needs the deep dish.

That benz is badass too.

Thanks for the help everyone. I do like it on some cars/wheels. But after thinking about it and talking to a business that powdercoats, I think I'm just gonna sell the 10 spokes and buy the chrome c6z06's like I originally wanted.
