Default Crusie Control lever cover Calling emblempros!!!

Hey! Here is cool idea and I first thought of Roger and emblempros for his opinion. We all know how the white text of our cruise control levers fade out. I was thinking of making a cover that could be installed over the stock one without the hassle of taking the steering column apart. I found these:

Could something like it be done for our cars? I would love to get rid of that horrible faded text.

I am not sure we can make those for the right cost.
I am not even sure what those cost.

It could be made on a lathe, and mill combination.
How much do those cost?

This is only a cover.
How does this attach?
I will look into it. I just need to know some things first.
Also we are swamped this time of year, and might not have time for "new" things until later.
Our slowest time of the year "if you can call it slow" is September-October.
Right after Summer, and right before Christmas.
