I placed a order with them and haven't seen a part or even a tracking number, i called and they said it should arive the 6th or 7th its now the 8th and nothing i called them on the 7th they said it should be there and they sounded like they didn't want to give or get me the tracking number so i sent them a email last night with my phone number and email no response all day today....i called back again today and they told me they couldn't get ahold of the supplier they were closed and they would put in a email request for tracking....i should of just ordered my parts direct from umi instead i thought i would support a shop that has helped me out with my build...not sure if i will be back for my heads and other parts.....just seems like there customer service has gone down the drain.....just my thoughts

Your motor mounts are back-ordered until tomorrow or Monday, according to UMI. Ordering direct would not have helped that situation, unfortunately. We checked on the mounts as soon as we got in this morning, and responded to your email as promised. If you'd still like to cancel your order, just say the word and I will make it happen immediately.

Just checked with the sales guys again, and all of the e-mails we are sending you are bouncing back to us, as if the e-mail address you typed in for us to reply to was incorrect.

If emails were bouncing back you guys have my phone number and I also called 3-4 times, it would of been nice to know they were on back order the first time I called. This would not have gone this far. If something is on back order there's nothing we can do about that! Thanks for your response matt I'll be looking forward to getting the mounts soon!!!

Unfortunately, UMI did not alert us as to the back-order when we placed the order, or we definitely would have tried to contact you. I will keep the order in progress and as soon as they send us tracking, it will be updated and emailed to you on your online order.

They shipped today and your online order has been updated with tracking!
