GEN-III cam base circle??

What's the base circle of ls1 cam and what is cam bearings journal diameter?What is the most lobe lift without reduced base circle?All info appreciated!!

I know it's somwhere around.385 but I'm not sure ,anyoneknow,please!!!I mean most lobe lift without reduced cam base.

Whatever it is...'02 & up LS6's are .050" smaller..

The only way to get more lobe lift is to reduce the base circle. The LSx has a huge base circle of over 1.500 stock so this is no big problem usually.

The base circle of my 98 factory cam was 1.552, .495/.495 lift diameter. An 01 LS6, .525/.525 lift cam is 1.520. My Comp 218/218, .528/.528 lift is 1.540. A Thunder 224/224, .563/.563 lift is 1.495+/- .002 approx. Not sure about the journal diameter.
