This looks like a good turbo cam,not alot of overlap so it should make a decent amount of exhaust volume with little to no reversion.

Anyone use it before? Results?

A custom grind by a good Ls turbo shop is always the best, hard to beat the experience you buy for a little money.
I build my own vehicles on a budget and I would be the one trying the used cam I found for $150 lol.
Like I said above it would work pretty decent and the traditional split would hit the turbo pretty good.

Yea, like you, I'm the budget guy too, lol. I know budget and turbo doesn't go hand in hand, but I'm gonna try to spend the money on the important stuff like turbo, cam, heads, bolts since I'll be saving so much money on that jy 5.3 short block!
