What is this? Need help with fuel rail intstall Actually can't get the pic to upload. But there is a round thing with a wiring connector and it's also connected to the fuel return line and the front drivers side of the intake manifold. What is this? This is on a 98 ws6. I know I've heard the 98's fuel system is a little different than 99 and up and I'm a little confused. This thing looks like it is connected to a fuel return line, but I don't see where the fuel rail itself is connected to the return line. I have new rails and a regulator, but how do I need to rout the return. I know I need to take out the regulator in the fuel tank to use my new regulator. Thanks

I'm kinda new here, but here is my 2 cents. The evap solonoid, and that line is part of the emission controls, not the fuel system per se. Its used to burn the vapors collected from the fuel tank. The stock return line I believe is down under the car, at the back by the filter on the drivers side. Its near the LCA. I think you are going to have to do some plumbing for your return back to the tank. Do not connect the evap line to your fuel rails return.
