Default 2002 lq4

I have a 2002 lq4 with 114k miles should i do bearings and rod bolts I'm going to do heads and cams performance wise what should i do other than heads and cam. oh ya ill also do a oil pump. should the cam bearings be fine? and what bolts and gaskets can be reused?

I would say if your rod and main bearings look good, then your cam bearings are probably fine. In other words, you won't know until you get in there. Were you thinking about rings as well?

yeah i was thinking about doing rings but I'm not sure on them either. The problem is is that I'm not sure how to check the clearances for everything so i was thinking about taking it to a machine shop and have them clean it do the bearings and rings but i don't know how much that would be.
