Street Racing & Kill Stories - 03 cobra v. h/c Z28

I've got a buddy with an 03 cobra with cold air kit throttle body, and exhaust. Of course my question is he made like 405 hp and in the 450tq range how close will an 1/8mi race be? I will be on 17 in nittos, and he will either be on nitto's or et streets. Me stg2 heads and 224 cam etc. What should I expect?
