does anyone know a good Dyno in tampa?

A reputable LS tuner, Jeremy Formato of Faster Proms, uses this dyno when he tunes his customers' cars.
it's near I-4 and hwy 301. My office is nearby, so if you do schedule a tune there, send me a PM so i can come over and watch

I definitely recommend Proven Power also, that is where I put all my cars and my customers' cars on the dyno. It is right around the corner from my personal shop and they have a newer Dynojet dyno.

I like to use the new mustang dyno up at the tuning school in Odessa.

Until this weekend, the only dynojet I've been on was at Proven Power, twice.

Couldn't dyno my car damn drive shaft safety loop was bent and was rubbing the drive shaft with the straps pulling it down I waited there about 3 hours to find that out sucks

They don't tune LS motors/vehicles at Proven Power, they are more of an import place. Everyone just likes to go there to use the dyno because they have a newer Dynojet dyno and they are reasonable with their pricing. Jeremy Formato does alot of his tuning there and is who I would recommend. He has tuned both my 05 CTS-V and my 04 Silverado. Tell him Kyle from BMR sent you.

Oh, so Jeremy goes there to use the dyno for tuning LS vehicles, but PP doesn't do it themselves, they just provide the dyno.

When I do my headers I'll have to look up Jeremy.

I like to use Precision Motorsports. They have a brand new Mustang dyno. They specialize in LSx performance, installs, dyno and tuning in house. A one stop shop. They are just on the Tampa side of Brandon.

I forgot to mention that my first ever dyno was at Precision Motorsports but when they were in Odessa. I also bought my headers from them.

Yes, Precision motorsports was bought by Andrew and moved it to Brandon. Ive done work for him, but I havent heard that they got the new dyno up and running yet. They are a very good option

Precsion Motorsports also has a badass new Mustang Dyno and can tune with the best of them. There are a few different options when it comes to tuning. I have seen some really nice stuff come out of Precision Motorsports.

I recommend precision in Brandon/Tampa. I can't wait to get some work don and dyno there

I really like the guys at Proven Power. My buddy and I have been over there a couple times while Jeremy Formato was tuning his blower car. It was an FI setup and ran out of fuel. Finally got a fuel system to handle it. I will be over there with my car once it's done.. lol. I really recommend Jeremy. I have known him now for 7 years and has always taken care of me and my friends.

They work Mon-Fri and Saturday by appointment only.

I def recommend the guys over at proven power, very fair with pricing and always willing to lend a helping had. As far as Jeremy his reputation speaks for itself, a great tuner and an even better person. No one else will ever touch my car even if i move out of state.

Tampa Tuning normally charges :

for bolt ons and under 280.00 for a street tune or add $100 for dyno tuning

for Heads and Cam, $350 for a street tune or add $100 for dyno tuning

for Forced induction, $500 plus $100 for dyno tuning.
