Default ls1 alternater

I have a 91 camaro and I installed a 2000 ls1 however I cant get my alternator to charge currently I have it setup positive cable on the back and pin B to r15 where its getting 9.53 volts Any Ideas?

Ive taken it to autozone and it will charge for them however somethings missing or need between the alt and the wiring

If it's a Camaro/Trans Am alternator, that small wire is supposed to get +12v with a small resistor up to I think 500 ohms.
