Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - csr electric water pump question

i got a csr blue water pump ,and iam thinking of drillilg and taping the housing to fit a fitting to run a heater,is it possiable ,dont want to fork out for a new on with the fitting already there:D

this might be a dumb question but where does the heater house go ,i know one goes to the pump so where does the other one go

Same as your stock set up, one is a feed to the core, and one is a return.
