Default DDM tuning HIDS

Probably a silly question but I wanted to make sure before I ordered.

It says that each kit ($40) comes with two slim ballast (for the low beams). So I'll need that plus another kit for the fog lights correct?

Main concern is that each "kit" comes with two bulbs etc.

If your going with fogs too, you need two kits.

Got it.

So one kit for the low beams, and one kit for the fogs.

Damnit. Now you have me thinking.

I have no idea about any of this on what to order. I know I want 5k lows and the fogs I have no idea but I want them to match in color.

I did a search but no avail, help a brotha out?

I like the 55w 6000 setup, but if you want it a really pure white, go with 5000.

Due to the power of the 55W ballast, the output is slightly washed out as seen above. We sell bulbs with kelvin ratings that range from 3000K to 12000K. 3k being yellow and 12k being the bluish in color. The most popular color we sell is 6000k. That would be described as white with a hint of blue. For maximum visibility, we would recommend staying within 4500K-6000K. The closer the color is to natural sunlight, the more you will see on the road.

35w 6000k and don't look back. Sorry for making you rethink but I want to help you save a buck on some good quality HIDs. Cost me 30 bucks w/ free shipping and literally came in two days from Cali to Chicago. Had them for about a year now and still flawless, try them out

that's pretty blue buddy. I can work with a 55w 6000 but the 35w 6000's are a little too blue for me. I'll snap a pic of my escalade for you shortly.

They are 35w 5000

I recommend DDMtuning over ebay. I had a bad experience with ebay Xentecs. Whatever you choose make sure to get slim ballasts and relay harnesses..

I have been running 6000k DDM hid's on the G8 since I bought it with no problems. Just ordered hi\lo and fog 35w 6000k for the GF's mustang.

The headlights where plug and play. The fog lamps needed some cut n solder.

I have the DDMs in my GTO for headlights and fogs. Surprisingly, the kit is extremely high quality without the typical ballast hum that the cheap-o kits normally have and they never have flickered on my like my last few kits did.

The kit comes with two ballasts, two bulbs, and the correct wiring. Be prepared to wait on them, though. They ship USPS from China and take about 2 weeks if you're on the East coast and they will require a signature to be released, so don't expect them to just show up in your mail box. Kinda sucked, but glad I got them.

Doing a little research they make the fog light kit for your car- Fog/Driving Light Part# 880

Looks like your headlights being a TA are sealed unlike the Camaro's. They will require some modification to make them work. Looks like a forum member modified his to accept an H7 bulb.
