Default Make my own loudmouth?

So someone on my local Craigslist is selling a brand new LM1 resonator. Is it possible to cut up my stock exhaust and put this is. Just install resonator where is normally is on the LM and then run straight pipe out the back? Possible? Worth it?

The stock exhaust uses a cross flow type muffler so no it wont work. It is "possible" if you really want to hack up the exhaust. Just buy a new loudmouth system. Its also a full 3" exhaust vs the stock 2.75. They only go for $375 new I believe or $150 used.

While I agree it would be more worthwhile to buy a complete loud mouth system, it wouldn't be too much of a chore to cut and modify the stock exhaust to someone who has a welder and can weld.

What i did was just get the LM1 and a flowmaster merge and have the muffler shop fab up the rest of the stuff
