Did you weld the upper AFCO mount to the upper a-arm or just bolt it on? The directions say you can weld it on or bolt it on so I am debating welding mine on or not if there is any benefit to it.

I would guess it depends on how much street driving you do. I marked mine with a white paint stripe and just bolted them in. Never moved after 30 passes at the track and a few miles around town.
Took the whole suspension off this winter to refresh and spot welded them since they were apart.
I would weld them, Just make sure they are angled correctly first for the shocks.

Just bolting them in should be fine, but it sure wouldn't hurt to add a tack weld to it as well to keep if from potentially rotating. Like said before... make sure you line it up first.

I welded mine in I don't really think you need to but if the welder is right there can't hurt
