gearing for S/C SBC

gearing for S/C SBC I have a 1974 chevy stepside 2wd with 4.10 gears in the 12 bolt. And with the first gear being 3.06 in the th700 w 2400rpm converter traction is a big issue even with traction bars and the 31" sticky M/Ts. I figure i should be aroud 600 hp with the supercharged 355. Looking for advice on the regearing. Thanks!
