Yes that's Bruce's car, I know him well, he's also been a member of this board for years.
He sure did kick some *** with that car yesterday.

And he's not alone, his friend Kyle still holds that (bone stock with drag radials) record in his own ZR1, 10.33@132+mph:

Almost unbelievable that both these cars pull the stock (heavy) wheels with
the sway bars still in place and only drag radials for mods. These guys sure
can bang the gears also !!!!!!

IMHO that Fartpipe guy is full of hot air and smells bad...seriously though I do believe a C6Z with the MR shocks would hang the hoops as well, congrats to both ZR1 drivers who have the skill to make it happen!

Yes you got it right, Kyle ran 10.33@132+, Gary's best is a 9.97@136+ and Ranger ran a 10.71@130+.

Speaking of the red car and black car in that pic....here's one of my yellow C6 (the quickest bone stock LS2 and 2nd quickest bolt ons only C6) parked with Ranger's car (the quickest bone stock C6 Z06 at that time and still the quickest stock one on drag radials) back in 2006/2007.

And Gary and I trying to qualify at E-town a couple years ago:

that magnetic ride is awesome , didn't know if some of you guys knew when the car is stopped and revvup up above a certain rpm the rear shocks turn into drag shocks with like no rebound and damper , then i think its 100 ft out they turn back to normal shocks. All possible because of magnetic ride . Awesome stuff.

Thanks, and yes he and I always qualified at all of the Corvette Challenge Pro 11.50 index races...although with what was usually an average of only 10-14 cars vying for a 16 car field it was almost a sure thing LOL.

I heard he changed the air in the tires when he ran the stock tire runs. Does't count now
