I replaced some bent/broken pushrods on my ls1 camaro and torqued the rocker arms to 22 lb/ft. The cam is stock as well as all of the valve train. I followed the information from ls1howto http://www.ls1howto.com/index.php?article=23

The car runs fine im just concerned about too tight or loose, please weigh in, also stock heads.
