bought these rockers for my 08 denali {6.2 } ONLY to find out that either the pistons I had installed { mahale} didnt clear the lift, or the factory camshaft was to big. either way. only installed valve covers and spun motor over with a ratchet. comes with EVERYTHING, includeing stickers !!!! { lmao } .
