We moved into our new 24,600 sq. ft. facility in December 2011, and we are very proud of what we have to offer our customers! The overwhelming majority of our customers will never be able to visit our facility, so we would like to provide everyone with a virtual tour. Our new, state-of-the-art facility houses our cylinder head and engine machine shop, sales area and showroom, installation facility, parts warehouse, shipping/receiving department, engine dyno, and chassis dyno. We sell our products to customers throughout the United States and all over the world, and we want our customers to see where their work is performed and where their parts come from! You will be hard-pressed to find a nicer facility that offers all of our services under one roof! You will need to click on the link to see all 27 photos. I did not want to post all of them up due to the file size, but I have included just a few. Please check out the complete album at the link below!

Thanks for the kind words guys! We're very proud, and for those that did visit our last facility, the new facility is over 3.5 times larger! We also have room to grow behind us since we were able to purchase over 2 acres of land. We have had great success, thanks to our customers, and we have worked hard to ramp everything up to grow in a constructive way. We keep our shop very clean, not only to keep it looking nice but also to keep it well organized! We build a LOT of engines and cylinder heads, and we also ship a ton of product every day. It requires organization to keep everything running efficiently. We also implemented a new inventory software when we moved into the new building that helps improve our efficiencies. This helps us avoid running out of popular items, avoids incorrect shipments, allows our salesmen to see what's in stock for our customers, etc. This allows us to grow properly and maintain full control of our operation. This benefits all of our customers, and that is what makes us most proud!

Jason and I are co-owners, and there are a total of 16 employees that work at our facility. The company was officially started in October 2002, and we began selling parts in January 2003. We've made a few changes in 9 years. ;)
A clean facility is key, not only to organization but also presentation. It is even more important when you are running a machining facility and doing cylinder head and engine assembly!
As for the CNC machines, they cost a LOT more than most realize! Each Newen valve job machine that we use for all of our cylinder heads cost over $75,000 each. You pay a lot more for the CNC machines vs. the "old school" stuff, but we only want the best machines when building any cylinder heads and engines. The Newens allow us to replicate a valve job to incredible accuracy, something that cannot be done with a conventional seat and guide machine. Our CNC block machine was 3x what a typical block machine cost, but it provided us with the capability to digitize every engine block and blueprint it according to factory specs. We are one of the very few in the country that do this at all, much less in the LSx industry. :)
