Default Bought a new home this weekend...

This should take care of me while on this project and get us closer to building the home of our dreams sooner.

That's real nice, Randy. Enjoy it. Take care of it and you should get a fairly decent return when you go to sell it later down the road.

I was looking at some 40' toy haulers at the Houston boat and rv show last month. Almost as much as a small house. Wife was liking them, wallet was not.

What's grey water vs. black water?
Grey water = wash sink, black water = toilet

Didn't pay anywhere near msrp, I got it at an rv show for about 25% off.
I am going to pick it up Wednesday afternoon and am excited to have my own space again.

No doubt it is bad ***, It's just crazy the amount of money they cost now days. My Mom and Dad has a Nice one but they do a lot of traveling through out the year since they are retired.
