Default Holset HX40 for Rear Mount LS1 RX-7. Good size? Compressor Map Inside...

I want to start putting together a "budget" turbo system for my LS1/T56 FC. I am pretty much set on building a rear mount system. So, I wanted to get some input before I committed to buying anything. The goal is to shoot for around 450whp on stock internals. This is pretty much my DD, btw. I haven't bought it yet but I am also considering the Comp Cam LSR 227 / 223 .614/.610 115 LSA, because I wanted to upgrade my springs anyway, and why not? I plan on running 2.5" back to the turbo. So...

I want to use a Holset HX40. (The one I'm considering: COMP FAN = 61MM AND EXHAUST FAN = 64.5MM)

6 blade 60mm wheel

I honestly have no turbo experience, so this map doesn't really help me much, but I thought maybe someone would find it informative.

From what I have read, I think the exhaust housings are all 18cm^3, which I believe is around a 1.0 A/R. Being a rear mount set-up, I was thinking that might be a little large, and I stumbled accross this:

Bullseye Power HX40 Turbine Housing: T-3, .70 A/R, 3.0" V-Band

So what do you think? Think this will work well? Worth it? Advice? Opinions?

I figure I'll have less than $600 into the turbo, including a rebuild and that smaller housing.
