Florida Members - jacksonville gm meet 03/03

Little early but posting up to see if we cam do a 03/03 meet next Saturday. We can meet im OP same spot as last weekend.Hopefully those that could not make it last time may be able too. Would love to see 25+ cars if possible.

I'm down in Jax with the G8 for work....where's the meet at and what time...I would love to attend. Also, anyone have a good exhaust shop down here....I think my exhaust bolts loosened up a bit on the 14 hour drive and sounds like I have a leak.

Right behind the Pier One Imports on Blanding Blvd by I295 at 9pm on 3.3.12. Hope you make it out, our first was was definitely a success and we are hoping this one is even bigger/better.

As for a good exhaust shop, I have had good luck with Rainbow Muffler aka Muffler Man on Phillips Highway. It does look like a hole in the wall lube shop but they do good work and have treated me and my car with respect. If you are just needing bolts tightened I've got everything necessary at my house south of Jax in Fruit Cove. If you are in the area and I'm free I could give you a hand/let you borrow some wrenches to get it all tightened back up

Thanks man I appreciate it. I'm going to try and get in touch with EFI Alchemy and see if I can bring the car in for a tune and have them adjust the exhaust while I'm down here. If that doesn't work out, I'll definitely give you a shout. Either way, I'll find that spot and meet up with you guys on Sat night.

Right on, EFI is pretty great. I didnt reccomend them because you said exhaust shop and bringing it there for loose exhaust bolts seemed silly but if you are getting it tuned too, then there is no better hands for a gm car to be in around here

THats a ways out from me.. What time is it from - until? If its late enough I'd def. be in to go there and then ride directly to Pier One. I do have some things on the to do list for the car before I take it out

it starts about 430 dies by 600 ish so if u have stuff to do you may need to skip it. Im off saturday so plan on washing and shining the car up in the late morning early afternoon

Cool i will prob start a thread as it gets closer but im thinking two weeks from this past saturday if that works for everybody. As far as the gf you just have to get her a fbody or something moddable and she will be more apt to hang with the guys.

Yeah I know, she wants something too but her (her parents) still owe on her corrolla so shes pretty much stuck with that for the time being

We all meet over off 295 and blanding. Will probably have another meet on 03/17 if u can make it. Just look for a thread in the next week.
