which gears?

which gears? im gonna be rebuilding my 10 bolt soon, 31 spline axels,c-clip elim,mini spool, and cant decide on a rear gear. i was thinking either a 4.10 or 4.30. the car is not a dd, gonna be a track car and late night street race type deal. and am gonna be going with either a ms4 cam or a vindicator also. car has a built a4 and 4000 stall,and other mods in sig. any input?
