Default OBD II emissions question

ok, so im going to start off with saying i know emissions, readiness monitors, etc like the back of my hand since i am a tech. but my question is on my 02, if i delete: Cat, EVAP, Misfire (cam), EGR, O2 sensors (running open loop all the time because of valve overlap causing it to just dump fuel), and obviously o2 heaters. this only leaves me with Comprehensive and fuel system. My question is how can i actually pass emissions with only 2 monitors? or can i?or any other ideas? thanks in advance guys!

I would think some of your readings would be high in a e-test with all that missing

are you in a state in which they actually check the computer? i know here in nj, you couldn't pass like that.

ok..just read your reply to the first reply........you need those monitors. i'm fairly sure you're gonna fail without em.

2001 and newer need all but 1 set and 1996-2000 need all but 2 set. i think i would have to delete them out? i remember i was working on a car at work that speed inc tuned that said "not applicable" on the cat one compared to a "not ready" or "ready"
