Hot side kit is ok but kit that included the turbo stinks. The turbo is wat too small even for a stock ls based engine.
Go here for a short vid of the camro kit on a 5.3L in a 85 silverado.

The Ebay Turbos are way too small. I got the JDM Super T70 kit, but the turbo is NOT 70mm. It was like 59mm. Too small. I was able to use the Intercooler and some of the parts, but I was going for a rear mount install. Eventually decided to go with a Custom Install (Rear Mount) using an On3 76mm Ball Bearing Turbo (~$700) through Ebay, good reviews now a days.
Car is out to be finished and Dyno'd today. Should have it back Tues or Wed.
Hot side link you provided looks nice though for a Front mount setup. Like the other guy said, you would probably have to get a new turbo though, but for that price, I'd say worth it.
You can get an On3 Journal Bearing Turbo Unit for $320 plus shipping.
(Just a warning, there are mixed feelings out there about On3, but for the price, I was willing to take a chance. Looked to me like the problem was with their customer service at one point and quality of their custom manifolds, not the turbo units themselves. I don't want to stir up any controversy on your thread... just letting you know the direction I just chose this past month).
