12 Second Club - Unhappy with my times. Modded 2009 G8 GT, what you guys think?

Went to the track yesterday, and I think I'm unhappy with my times.

Here's some background first-
Superchips, street tires, on the motor -2.0 60', 13.1 @ 106mph

Superchips, timing tricker, 75 shot - 2.1' 60' (spinning) 12.6 (forgot mph)

Now for my mods.

OBX LT's, 100 Shot Nitrous, 3200 FTI Stall, HP Tuners tuned.

1.7 60' (not bad) 12.03 @ 114, backed up with 1.7 60' 12.08 @ 114

I was hoping for 11.7-11.8. I was hoping stall + lt's would have made a larger difference.

What do you guys think? Conditions were pretty decent during all runs, don't know da.

W/ a better 60ft time you would be 11.80's but i would think that car would b there w/ out the NOS !

Let's not kid ourselves. You can't expect a G8 GT to run 11.8's with longtubes and a stall. He'll need every bit of that 100 shot to see 11.8's on that setup.

I meant were it is now w/ out NOS in the low 12's which i have seen plenty of them do !

I still don't see that happening. Taking a bone stock G8 GT on street tires and adding longtubes, a stall and a tune will not get you a 12.0

That's a fat car toget down the track. Lol. Remove at least 500 pounds and you should get to 12.0 ;) lol JK. That's on par id say for what you have done.

What does it weigh?

I went 1.7 11.94@111mph in my Chevelle. 3700# or more

Stock weight for that car is 3900+ pounds

I would say 12.30's -12.20's and w/ a perfect -DA and hooking Maybe a little better !!!
