I will have a set of 2005 brakes for sale once I get my bbk kit on. You will just need one sleeves from jhp to make them work

Yes and no. Calipers fit but mounting bracket is different.
Find or fabricate the bracket and it will fit.
In case you did not know...C5 pads fit the GTO OEM 2004 caliper. Substantial improvement in using C5 ZO6 pads or aftermarket replacement and using quality brake fluid.

So with the GTO bracket the C5 calipers will bolt up ?
Thanks

05-06 GTO brackets. 05/06 GTO calipers are essentially the same as C5 ones. C5 330mm, 05/06 320mm
There is a slight size mismatch between the 04 bolt and the 05/06 bracket. So a sleeve will be needed. Two per caliper.

I was running the CTS-V 4 piston calipers on the front of my 04 GTO with 14" 2011 Camaro ss drilled and slotted rotors.
It takes some work to fab up the mounting bracket, but they were an amazing improvement.
I'm currently selling my whole setup in the classified section if you are interested.

Yes to the bold part. No data for the remainder as I only know about the C5 caliper info posted above.
Hopefully someone else who has done a comparo will post in for the remainder.

More information on that 4 pot cts-v caliper swap can be had here.

The brackets are being made by a member on the ls2gto forums.
Pretty simple swap for a very reasonable price. 14"BBK for 700-900 depending on rotor/pad choice
This is the conversion i bought and i got a couple extra sets of the calipers since they are sold out in most places right now.. hit me up if anyone is interested in this option

So i can buy C5 pads and they will fit my 04 without any modifications? Had no idea about this.

Yes. Have done so since the first brake pad replacement.
ZO6 or replacement pads fit although there is a bit more dust. They are the same size as standard C5 pads. A quality pad as in Raybestos ceramic or EBC red/green will work as well.
Drain the fluid and install a high temp capable synthetic brake fluid as well.
Made quite a difference.
